Hi, I ’m
January.
Our world is a hot mess of social and environmental conflict. As a coach and theologian, I facilitate insights that help people find agency through creativity & courage instead of through control, so we can quit brutally trying to “fix” each other (or ourselves!) and instead give our attention to the gifts we each contribute to a future of human flourishing.

My work trusts three foundational truths:
I trust the authority of your experience.
I trust your inherent creativity.
I trust your essential belonging.
I blend a somatic coaching style with tools of creative recovery and spiritual direction.
Here’s how we do it: First, we restore your connection with your body so you have an inner compass with which to orient your journey. Next, we map & mend your beliefs so you know what you want to journey toward. Then, compass & map in hand, we’ll explore the supports that keep you grounded in belonging so you always have the nourishment you need to meet each moment as chance to create.
Together, we'll tend to the stories you hold in your body about who and how you’re “supposed” to be. As you finally learn to live from your experienced truth and not from an inherited list of shoulds, you’ll unleash your power to make choices & changes that re-enchant your daily life with deeply rooted joy.

The great news is, integrity is
always right there
waiting for us to come home.
The law may not have considered me guilty in the end, but I knew I’d left wounds in the world. I couldn’t fix what I’d done wrong in the past, but I could choose a future of healing myself and helping others get free from the toxic lies keeping them trapped.
These days, I help people reconnect with their bodies, beliefs, and belonging so they can come home to themselves before they blow up their lives like I did. My clients trust me to hold space for their struggles because they know I know what it’s like to make mistakes.
You don’t have to find yourself
by yourself.
When I was 35, I died.
Police officers kicked in my front door with a search warrant and my life came to a crashing end. Every illusion I cherished about who I was and what I stood for was stripped. I saw that I’d sacrificed my most sacred values in a desperate attempt to convince all the wrong people I was worth loving. Confronted with just how badly I’d abandoned myself and fearing I was headed for prison, I discovered a truth: Losing my identity wasn’t the worst thing that could happen to me. Losing my integrity was.
